Here’s what I gathered to make my own batch:
- 8 ounce package of Let’s Do Organic Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
- 1 tablespoon melted coconut oil
I think I’m going to go make some of this right now, as I’ve never had it before and it looks good. Plus I’m able to move onto nut butters now. Yay! I just hope my body can tolerate it. I can tolerate coconut oil just fine, so this should go okay I think.
On a side note, I already tried two teaspoons worth of avocado today and so far so good! I’m happy because I would’ve hated to have to give up avocados. It’s been long enough without them.
